- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Thomas J Atwood is an incompetent sorry excuse for a lawyer. Once checks are written you don't hear from him until the day of court. Absolutely zero preparation at all. I feel would have been better off without him. After inquiring his services he stated that he wasn't trained in the field of my case, however he would make a "special exception" and do some "research" about it. Instead my case was put in his to do pile and never got done. Instead of refereeing me to someone else he cashed my check and threw me to the sharks.By Direct TV, January 31, 2017
