- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contacted the Dow Firm in August asking for help in collecting a business payment for work performed for another law firm in town. Ben Dow was helpful and suggested that our first step should be to send a letter. After six weeks, no letter and no return calls. At month two I called and left a message with both his assistant Megan and voicemail asking to turn this into full fledge collection. No response. All of month three and four I have called 2-3 times a week, been given several appointment times all of which he has blown off and been unavailable and still has not responded. I am surprised he still has business. I can't speak to his actual work, I just know that he doesn't seem to have any integrity, or customer care. I'd be worried now if he tried to handle my case that he wouldn't bother to do the work.By Beth Slate, November 15, 2016
