- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost my package... if you can believe it they lost a SHOWER DOOR! Filed a loss claim... UPS corporate sent the return paperwork to them to fill out. Its been 3 weeks since they sent it to this store! Still has not been returned to UPS corporate to issue the claim check. I'd give them ZERO stars but its not an option. Terrible customer service. Once they get your money, you are no longer of any interest to them. This process has taken since mid July, if you can believe that. Still NOTHING from them. Next step is contacting the Attorney General's office... which I will do later today.By Larry Syverson, October 03, 2016
